what's up on nelson street
anyone know what the plans/issues are with the townhouse gut job on nelson between court and clinton. i saw a stop work order and lots of neighbors up in arms...

developer's a scumbag. he's been telling people on the block (when he does actually talk to anyone about all the disturbance, containers, trucks, dirt, noise) that he's renovating to move his family into the house. even though
everyone knows it'll be condos.
guys falling 3 stories through the floor isnt the first stop work order here.
