Slate needed (one piece!)
I need one piece of 13" x 13" x (2" or 3" Deep).
I need to raise a pedestal sink up and the floor is slate tiled. I do not want to sandwich a bunch of tiles to make the height.
Need a stone yard that will cut for me, I have just done a Google search and tapped out.

Tranchina on Staten Island. You need to go to the location off 440, near exit 4.

Just to clarify, Tranchina is a great place to find a piece of slate that fits your dimensions, not to get a slab custom cut for you. They are not a stonecutter, but a stoneyard. Think patios, gravel, retaining walls and the like. Kings supplies over on 15th ave sometimes has this kind of stuff, but the supply is spotty, as it is at Ranieri on 2nd Ave.
