Property Management company recommendations
Would anyone be kind enough to recommend a respectful, honest, and cost-effective management company?
I kept my first property in Brooklyn as a rental instead of selling it, but have grown tired of looking after tenants myself!
Sincere thanks for any recommendations, and also any advice on rates and questions I should ask prospective companies.

DEFINITELY! Contact Walston at urban view realty in the slope- this guy is amazing with real estate, so cool, and I heard that he now has a property management company as well- walston@urbanviewrealty.com.

You may want to try Tracy, at WMC. They are a small family owned property management company. They really take pride in their work. You can call or email them at twright@thewrighthelp.com, or call 9175446791.
Good Luck!!!

Stay away from Brownstone Management. They Totally Suck. (Josh Blackman who is the owner) Never answeres calls, and always has excuses when things blow up. We changed companies about 4 months ago. Not too sure what to say about this company. to early to tell!
Good Luck
