Outcall superintendant services.
Once weekly trash duties: removal of bags to curb, cleaning and re-lining of bins, etc.
Once weekly recycling duties: organizing and moving items to curb, cleaning and re-lining of bins, etc.
once monthly cleaning duties: general sweeping of sidewalk/entryway and inside common areas (hall, stairway, etc.)
Once monthly cleaning duties: full mopping of hallway/stairs and cleaning of glass at front entry
Occasionally as needed: changing of light bulbs in hallway, general sweeping of basement area and organization of supplies
Cost for above services: $375 per month
Additional services as needed, to be priced separately:
Snow removal and weather-related duties:
Additional handyman / on-call Super duties:

That's about three times too much for about half the work that is normally included.
