Non-ugly ductless air conditioning units

Does anyone know of a non-ugly ductless air conditioning unit? I'm thinking about kitting out my brownstone before summer hits but the thought of cutting through molding to install a hideous-stuck-in-the-nineties-beige unit irks me to no end.

Oh, wise ones, share me some of that wisdom.

It'll be expensive and a lot of opening up of the walls but high velocity 6" ducts can be run through the wall studs and ceiling joists. sorry but I don't know who is good at it.

I'm an architect working on a project where the MEP engineer has suggested using the Daikin system. They have the traditional ductless units you're used to but also have units that are recessed in ceilings and soffits. Check out the ceiling mounted type and duct connected type (only ducted from the unit to its grille, not to a central air handler). http://www.daikin.com/global_ac/products/residential/multi_plus/outline.html

4:44 - Thanks, that is much better than what I've been seeing so far.

LG makes a model that looks like a picture frame or art object, it's much better than the putty colored-bread-box models you usually see.
