Maint/Supervision For a Small Building

Does anyone have an idea of what to pay someone to come in and do condo maintenance duties (trash, sidewalk, lightbulbs, etc.)? We have a 15-unit building and I was wondering what this costs.

We live in a 16 unit coop in Clinton Hill and we pay a part-time super to do what you say, and additionally clean the common areas, about $ 750 per month. We do help out with snow removal though.

I live in an 8-unit building in Cobble Hill. We hire someone to come in twice a week to put out the recycling and garbage and pay him $200 a month.

I own a 3 unit Manhattan brownstone. We have a "street super" come in once a week to vacuum the common areas and clean up, 3 times a week for garbage duty (including recycling), and shovel snow. I pay $175 a month. They are not paid to do any maintenance, although could in an emergency. I thought the price was fair.
