Maintenance/Cleaner for 5 floor apt building
Our 5 floor coop building is looking for a cleaning person to come in twice a month to clean the interior of the building. Any suggestions of who to call?

well i just started to do maintenance work.
$300 for garbage and $100 extra to clean the insides(weekly)

The p/t porter for our Coop is wonderful and I highly recommend him. He's always looking for additional work to supplement his p/t income.
