Looking for Studio / 1 BR June 15 - great couple looking early. HELP!!
Hello all.
I'm having a tough time finding rental listings for June 15 move in date. I'm an early bird that would love to find something great ASAP.
Here's what I'm looking for:
- Studio or 1 BR (or more, of course)
- $1500 / month, hoping to AVOID FEES
- full kitchen and bathroom
- Within walking distance to PARK and PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION preferred
- Enough space for a couple to share
I'm a great tenant who is fairly to NY. I have excellent credit and always pay bills on time. We're a quiet couple who don't cause trouble.
Any suggestions or rental availabilities would be greatly appreciated. I'm just not sure how to go about finding a great place this early in the game.

don't know--I'd need to see a whole body shot, not just the face. And a pic of your boyfriend/girlfriend too.
