empty lot at 15th street and 4th avenue
Does anyone know what (if anything) is going on with the empty lot on 15th st and 4th ave? It has been empty for a while now and I noticed that it was recently cleaned up.

Look up the address on the DOB website, should provide you with some info regarding building permits and applications for work to be done.
