Looking for a Contractor that can finish a Kitchen and a Bathrrom on the Garden Floor of this Brownstone in a 2 months MAX. Time is of the essence, i'm interviewing this week so if you know someone please reccomend them to me. Thank You

Try AllRenovation, not sure if they do quick turnarounds but they are quality brownstone contractors - they worked on a total demo job of my parlor and garden apt. kitchen, baths, plus more.

Tell your contractor you absolutely need it in a month and hold them to it when they go over. If you tell them two you'll be living in a construction site for a few weeks, in my experience.

I would highly recommend Alberto Chica - 646.472.4842. He came highly recommended to me and I have nothing but high praise for him. He is good, hard working, neat, and a really nice man.
