Caterer/Griller for Backyard Brownstone BBQ
I am hosting about 20 colleagues at my brownstone, and was looking for someone who would could barbecue and someone else to bartend. Ideall solution would be a small scale catering operation where someone brings in the meats and does the cooking, while someone else mixes drinks. Any suggestions for an event like this? How about the Smoke House bbq place in Ft. Greene just off Fulton Street. Not sure if they offer catering but would guess they did.

We used Schnack for something very similar a few years ago when they first opened (and worked out nicely). But I think they recently closed.

What about Pies N Thighs? They had to close their barbeque in Williamsburg and are opening a new location but I don't think it's open yet. So maybe they'd be available to do cooking/catering for a party and would appreciate the opportunity to promote their place.

I'm not sure if Biscuit BBQ on 5th Ave is still operating -great, traditional southern stuff.
