Can anyone suggest an architect who is familiar with changing the Certificate of Occupancy on a Bed Stuy Brownstone? (2 family to 3.)

Hi there. I'm gutting my place on Sterling and I've been using Clay Miller (Bergen Street Studio). He is really great. No bullshit. Straight talker. He deals with these kinds of issues all the time. Good luck!

there are plenty of colored architects and some white ones too that not only will come to bedstuy but... GASP! live there.
OP there are 2 architecture firms on Stuyvesant ave, that could handle your job - CP architecture and design is one of them.
