457 Atlantic Avenue
Has anyone heard any news regarding 457 Atlantic Avenue? It is a new development on the corner of Nevins and Atlantic Avenue.

I am in contract for an apartment there and the closest we have gotten to a direct answer is that closings will happen "late spring/early summer"

What unit are you in contract for? I am also in contract for a unit in the building.

3B. You? I will say that when I was looking through Amendments to the offering plan it said that they anticipate closings starting first weeek of July. Have you heard anything different?

Unit 2C. I have been following the C of O process online...I think they are very close, they actually have another inspection tomorrow...hopefully they will get through all of the open issues. My wife is pregnant and due July 1. For me the sooner the better!

That would be fantastic if it happened sooner! I'll keep my fingers crossed. How are you looking up c of o the process? on Acris? Or is there somewhere better to look?
