Nuts and bolts of closing?

I am closing on my first condo soon and am wondering if there are there any "must" questions I should bring to the table when I review all the paperwork -- especially any questions that might not be obvious to first-time buyers. I know I will definitely bring up the issue of fixing items that were neglected on my punch list.

Your attorney should guide you through the closing process. You are paying him for his professional services, and you shouldn't have to rely on an online forum for this. And the question you are asking is very broad; there are many different issues that can come up during the losing. Again, that's why you have an attorney.

I second 10:28. All you should need is a good lawyer who has your best interests in mind. That's what you pay him/her for and they know what to look for, what's normal, etc.
If your current legal representative is not doing this find a new one.

This is the original poster. Thanks! Good to know I can just rely on my lawyer to guide me through the process. Wasn't sure how prepared I needed to be.
