Has anyone seen this new Williamsburg development:

How are the finishes? What is the area around the Graham L stop like? I am new the the area so any feedback is welcome.

I have seen this place. The finishes are nice-dark wood floors, stone countertop, cherry wood cabinets. Concrete floors between apartments. I like it. I'm considering moving from Manhattan but I'm not sure of the area either. Graham is the third stop off the L and it's a mixture of hipster and neighborhood-it still seems more neighborhood'ish to me. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the "cool" part of Williamsburg. I'm trying to figure out if I should get in now while I can and get a nice apartment and hope the area transitions for the better, or stay where I am? I hope this helps?
