Scary.
I know things are bad in the mortgage markets but I think I would hold off on buying rather than resort to a mortgage broker from brownstoner with a gmail address.

Hey Hollander. So I took your advice and I sold my company on Ebay. JPMorgan bought it for $237m. I think I did well but the employees of my company that own about a third of our shares think otherwise. I think it'll be a tough day tomorrow around the watercooler. Think good thoughts for me.
