custom concrete tub needed
Does anyone know someone who can create a custom concrete tub to fit an unusual shaped bathroon? i can get a tub through the door, so need to build one inside there. thanks

Are you sure your floors can handle the weight of a concrete tub?

Just kidding.
Tub is a static load and will probably be fine, but worth asking en engineer and considering the weight of the water in the tub if it is a particularly big tub.

You just need a good tiler and plumber to build you a tub the same way they would build a shower stall. Frame out a tub, cover it with Durock and use a rubberized liner for the floor as well as the walls. A lot of them may balk at attempting it but tile tubs have been built for centuries all around the world (without hi tech rubberized liners) and they work perfectly well.
