Can i be fined for mounting hill of garabe?

My general contractor is done with my house, problem is the dumpster guys suppose to pickup the dumpster this morning. the general contractor left the top tarp off.

nobody came to pickup today. so all the happy garbage dumping people of the area threw tons and tons of garbage into the dumpster.

does the general contractor get the fine or me? if the dumpster people don't come tomorrow. who should i call?
general contractor is the one who order the dumpster.

I need to get rid of the dumpster in front of my house.

You get the fine, contractor is required to cover container, you can get fined for that also. Post your address so the asshats on the board can take photos, make a big story out of it, and complain to D.O.B.

You also need to learn how to spell.

Same thing happened to me-simple solution-you subtract the cost of the fine from what you owe the contractor-unless you already paid him...

is this the same armchair warrior who has an opinion for everyone and everything, yet can't handle putting a tarp over a dumpster or calling the company himself?

i owned myself. i was half asleep, delirious, and super stress when i wrote this.

actually they were suppose to pickup the dumpster on monday morning.

anyway i didn't even notice the company had a number on the side of the dumpster.

i called them today they came. they refused to take the dumpster. guy ask for extra hush hush money saying blah blah blah its too full. i gave him a $20 that i had to borrow from a subcontractor. i forgot wallet at home.

once he got his money. i was like you guys were suppose to come monday. and i pointed out were all the extra things came from. he said they were probably mines.
