Atlantic Garden - boarded up
i noticed 525 Atlantic is all boarded up (5 buildings) b/w 3rd & 4th. What happened to Koz Paley's grandiose plans for outdoor shopping & eating? What a damn shame. Neighborhood is going to hell quickly w/ this news coupled w/ demise of AY.
