Check DOB for all of the filings.
As far as I can tell scarano is involved and it is a 55ft 8 unit residential building.

It's actually pretty hilariously ugly :) Those windows look like what happens when the architect gets confused about whether it's CAD or Tetris on the screen.

Ask if they have resolved the ground water issues. I understand they have some cuddly pooches on the premises.
Newsouthsloper - this project is actually over forty units. The zoning lots might not have been combined yet so each lot counts as one building.
