Looks like it's worked into the price. I think the NYT just had an article about a family in a 7.5 foot wide house in Alexandria. It could be quirky.

That Times article house was cute inside - who would have thought!
Of course the fact that it had no side walls of its own, but was basically a closed off alley (this was clear in the article - the inside walls of the house were the painted brick outside walls of the neighborhing houses) would have given me pause. But if you added walls (for sound insulation, if nothing else), you'd lose a foot, and th en it really would be too narrow.
