Mr. Sandless?
Has anyone used Mr. Sandless to refinish hardwood floors? It sounds too good to be true, which makes me think that it probably is.

Never heard of them, I used Call Carlos Wood Flooring, they refinished my brownstone floors on the garden and parlor level...great rate and good workers...you can contact them at the following number...good luck!

He was a great worker with a good staff and were very delicate with my 100+ year old floors. Sorry to burst the haters bubble on this blog but sometimes recommendations from readers are actually REAL!

where did u check to find out about MRSANDLESS? I'm in same situation now. i want to refinish my hardwood floors. I have the same feeling about "too good to be true".

Mr.Sandless did a great job on my floors. They did not slop varnish over the floor. They actually got out more dirt in my floors then I thought I had. With in six hours I was walking and placing my furniture back on my floors. there was no mess and no toxic oder that was left in my house. They were much less then other estimates I got and they were done with in 6 hours. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend them.
