Please recommend a mechanical engineer for a plumbing problem. Thank you.

Are you sure you need a mechanical engineer??? mechanical engineers deal with Heating, Venting and air conditioning. I think you need a plumbing engineer. They are two different engineers.

My husband is a mechanical engineer and he DOES NOT do plumbing.

I'm 5:38.
Are you sure you need an engineer? And not just a plumber?

An engineer will evaluate existing and recommend new and do drawings, to be filed and given to a plumber to build.

Usually for a home renovation - not sure what you're trying to do - not many people use a plumbing engineer. They have the architect do the drawings file the job and a plumber pulls a permit for his portion of the job.

If you're doing an entire building and re-configuring plumbing, I could recommend my husbands firm...but give more details and I'll pass it on to him.
