Is this a brownstone?

Is this a brownstone?

The stone is definatly brown...so is this a brownstone? I see these everywhere in my neighborhood.

Hahahahah! That is great! This is so funny. Research "fedders homes" in the forum. You not only posted a building with 6 Fedders signs...but the building behind it also has Fedders signs. This is the stereotypical image of unwanted developers in Brooklyn. They probably knocked down a beautiful Victorian home to build these. great post!

...no these are not Brownstones!

Its brick

This poster is the same psychotic, racist bigot who posted about the Chinese and the mice.

Please stop feeding their sick addition!

You live in an ugly neighborhood.

Posted by: guest at February 27, 2008 6:11 PM

Is this the what you're thinking of buying to flee the mice?

It's not brownstone...just cause it's brown in color. Some brick is brown, some limestone is painted brown, stucco can be painted brown...but it doesn't make it brownstone.

Love this new brownstone home with limestone accents, love the Broklynate iron work. And really love the discrete downstpout.

8:24, that's "discreet."

"Discrete" means seperate, distinct, individual.

And yes, this is the quintessential brownstone.

Rehab is for quiters
LOL

Posted by: guest at February 27, 2008 10:21 PM

Rehab is for quilters.

Also, I want to buy both of these houses and combine them into my own Bensonhurst palace.

But there needs to be some spiral topiary out front, stat.

This poster is really funny-- great bits: the Fedderstone, the mice and the Chinese. I think he is mentally disabled and it is cruel to laugh, but I can't help myself.

Let me guess, that condo is on 17th ave, between Benson Ave and Bath Ave right?

Posted by: guest at February 28, 2008 10:54 AM

at least these posts are more interesting than the umpteenth "should i buy in brooklyn now or not" posts.

I can't believe you posted this. I'm planning on putting in a bid, but wanted to ask Jimmy Legs if this is the right time to buy in Brookylyn. I've been looking to buy since 1972, I think the market is just right. Advice? Opinions?

Posted by: guest at February 28, 2008 12:51 PM

What you see above is a piece of shit. It's actually called a shit-stone.

Posted by: guest at February 28, 2008 3:32 PM

Ugly ugly Ugly

Posted by: guest at February 28, 2008 4:14 PM

Of course it is, and because its in Brooklyn its got to be worth at least 2 - 3 Million, just like all the other POS houses here that are asking that much that the idiots on this board are trying to claim are worth every penny.

yiz could knock me over wit a Fedder

Posted by: guest at February 28, 2008 5:46 PM

Luxury condos! I know this because the sign tells me so.

If this is a brownstone, Rosie O'Donnell is a swimsuit model.
