does anyone feel like they have an unhealthy addiction to brownstoner?

I'm thinking of starting a BBA group (brownstoner bloggers anonymous)

I had it last year and then I just couldn't take the meanies anymore. The outside world is a beautiful place.

It's a good idea to go cold turkey and take breaks. Anytime I quit looking at Brownstoner I feel fantastic. Way more productive, more positive about living in NYC and Brooklyn. I go back and forth generally, will go through phases of reading Brownstoner daily, then swear off it again.

hmmm - that sounds like good advice.

If you could only meet some of the posters- your addiction would be cured.

2:59..I agree. I am addicted (Hi, my name is...) but now I don't really participate in the "conversations" I just read things. You do take things personally and frankly, BH bloggers are nasty and mean and cruel and heartless and....well, you get it.

Well, it is all the posters I blame. If noone posted comments, there would be nothing to waste my time reading. Use restraint - save (all of our) time.
