Christoph Lardschneider is an architect from germany licensed to practice in ny.
He renovated his own brownstone.
He lives in bed stuy.
Renzo Piano is expanding Columbia University and that job might go on forever.
PS I don't think Sarah Jefferys is an architect, lisenced or unlicensed.
If you like looking at pretty pictures her website should suffice.

Ysabelle - what the hell is your problem??? I am recommending Sarah Jefferys because I have worked with her and seen a lot of her projects in person and think she's great and every time I recommend her you pipe in with your false accusations. What is the deal here??? Why don't you just call Sarah Jefferys and confront her and get out of your system whatever your beef with her is instead of sneaking around like a creep trying to sabotage her and interfere with my legitimate recommendation? It is just so underhanded and lame.

To 11:42am
Are you disgruntled with my response because you are sarah jefferys
disquised as "guest"?
The brownstoner is a public forum to express opinons etc
.It does not revolve around you.
You are not this important to this website or propably in life for that matter.
You are narrow minded and you don't top the cake in that department. either.
So get over yourself..

Sarah's work does look very nice. She's not listed herself as an architect, but a designer. So you're right, she can't stamp drawings.

But Ysabelle, Sarah has worked as an architect FOR ME and other PEOPLE that I know. She has also built a HOUSE on WYKOFF street with her name and company prominently displayed on the front - something she obviously could not do if she could not legally work as an architect in this city. So what you are saying is clearly NOT RELEVANT. I simply don't understand what your motives are - why don't you explain why you are trying to undermine her? Then maybe you would have some credibility, rather than simply sounding like an asshole.
