Any good painters for a rental apartment?

We are looking to paint our garden floor apartment before renting, and we're searching for a good painter. Any suggestions? Good and not super expensive would be ideal.

You could call me at 718-415-8880. My friend is a good painter and he paints rooms in my house when we need it ( rentals and our apartment) He works for construction company full time and he is a part time super in small multifamily in Park Slope.
I gain nothing by giving away my number except that I think my friend would be much better off working for himself instead of working for construction company.

He can do light carpentry but painting is his real forte. Also he skimcoated one room in rental apartment and I think it looks great.
He took $700 to skimcoat 15X10 room and between $100 and $150 for two coats of paint per room depending on size. But he is a friend, I would think normally he would charge more but still will be very reasonable.
