small half bath
does anyone know the smallest half bath (just sink and toilet) you can put in to code?

The only thing I've heard about is a distance between wall and tank for the toilet, vaguely. And if there isn't a window it needs a fan venting to the outside.

NY Times home section 2-3 months ago had some very small ones. 3'x4' iirc. Have a friend whose understair 1/2 bath is even smaller. Sink is above toilet. Not to code, of course, but what is?
