New Condo Lawyer Recs?
Anyone close on a new condo lately and have a good lawyer experience? Do tell and if you know their rates - spill! Thanks!

I recently purchased a condo and beyond the initial downpayment didn't do much else, attorney handled the whole thing.

We recently closed on a place late last year.
We used Brian Tracz. It took us 6 months to close due to the seller being a pr1ck. The whole way through the process Brian was amazing acting as a go between all the time (broker was crap). Always available and got the job done when no one else could. Lovely guy - highly recommend him - very reasonable too. We were told it would be 4X what he charged (by others), and it wasn't.
