Where can I go in Brooklyn to look at different counter tops, cabinets, appliances etc. Where I can see what's available & pick what I like for a gut reno of my bathroom & kitchen. I need to figure out what I like. Thanks!

go on 65th st between around 7th ave to 10th ave alot of stores there for your needs.

I am gut renovating a 2 family and they have a good range of affordable options as well as all the major countertops (ceasarstone, silestone, granite, etc.) I was very happy with the service and the pricing (although I haven't received the end product yet).

Drimmers on Coney Island Avenue. We bought Wolf ovens and rangetop, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and GE rangehood (made in Italy!). Nobody could beat their prices.

On a related note, where can i get a soap dish holder (to mount into my tiled shower wall)? I tried pichnik and they didn't have any..
