how to improve this sites capabilities
It seemes that if this site doesnt have an option to email you automaticaly when some one responds to your post, the people who posted the beginning of the information never get the request for a follow up with additional info.
Does anyone know where to make such a suggestion how to improve this sites capabilities ?

This site would definitely benefit from a better solution for the forum, such as a phpBB-based forum. That would allow better search, private messages between members, and it would solve the most annoying problem with the current forum: all posts are pushed down and disappear from the main forum page after a few days, so all posts quickly become inactive.

Point well taken, but until someone can show us how to change over to a new system without losing three years of archives, this is what we got...that said, a little creative use of the search function and the "Topics" dropdown menu at the top of the page can go a long way.
