Fire Escape for a Two-Family?
I am looking to convert my One-Family Frame in BK to a Two-Family - an Expeditor told me that I need a Fire Escape because it is a "Frame House", is this true? Can anyone advise? Thanks very much.

no, you don't need a fire escape....3 family or more get a fire escape or sprinkler in hallway....
