condo lawyer for commercial dispute?
I'm on the board of a midsize residential co-op. We'd be grateful for any recommendations of a lawyer who could represent our board in a dispute involving the commercial units in our building, with whom we have a condo agreement.
We're willing to retain the lawyer for our basic transfer work, as well as the current dispute. The dispute revolves around interpretation of a condo (or cond-op) prospectus, so ideally the lawyer would have experience both with that and small (but thorny!) commercial real estate disputes.
Thanks!
