i don't have any personal experience with them, but when my 5-unit co-op was looking into getting a managing agent about 2-years ago, we heard from multiple sources to steer clear from them in a big way. Goldin management was highly recommended, but we are too small of a building to justify the cost. we really liked NYCPropertyCare, but decided in the end to remain self-managed. good luck!

You might want to try WMC Management they are a small family owned firm who do great work. Their number is 3477896550. Good Luck

You can also try Paradigm Property Management. They are a mid level firm who really do a great job... We've been using them for about 2 years, and they are really on the ball when it comes to service.
There web site is www.paradigmpropertymgmt.com

Brownstone Management mangaged the building I live in...right into the ground! If I was a property owner I would definately NOT go with this company.

We had Goldin Management about 2 years ago - steer clear. We were consistently unhappy with them. After we left Goldin we got a better super, more done and saved nearly $500 month on our 16 unit building.

How much do people usually pay for a management company? Is it per unit or a function of the rent roll?
