Worst Listing Ever?
Check out the new Minsky listing on Corcoran featuring 8 completely out of focus pictures, including two pictures of a bowl of fruit!

Is he jumping on that Ugly House listing bandwagon I read about in the NYT?

Come on Brooklynnative--that's a spoof of the Corcoran website, right? They couldn't REALLY be that inept :-)

Holy Moly! What a joke! I just got a migraine.

Ever think that it may be intentional? Perhaps well focused photos of the house will scare people off. Is the twice photographed bowl of fruit included in the price?

looks to me like bad coding or wrong inputs of the images or sumthin sumthin.
Shot aren't blurry, they're zoomed in/ pixilated.
Still, quite lame. Quality control much, Mr. Minsky?

HELL arious!
But why should we be surprised? Corcoran has the worst photos of any broker. I'm not a competing broker I should point out, since those folks do seem to be turning up around here bashing each other. It's just something I noticed when we were buying a place last year. Of course we ourselves did benefit from bad Corcoran photos! We checked out our house despite unappealing look in the listing, loved it, the house was so much better than it was made to seem, and that helped us because very few people showed up at the open houses and the house didn't get competing bids.

well, obviously they're reading this site, cause they took the photos down.

They totally read this site. All Bklyn brokers do, especially ones from the big firms. Amazing that Minsky took the pictures down...

Hope the owner/seller saw that. 6% for that kind of marketing job? wow.
