Tenant Application Form and credit check
I'm looking for a standard Legal Tenant Application Form to download, buy, or get for free. I will use it to screen potential tenants for 1 apartment in my 2 family home. The form must have a credit check autorization area.
Any recomendations for the tenant application form will be much appreciated. Seeking also, Credit Check Websites recomendations for Landlords.

I've used the National Tenant Network. They have forms to download and will do credit checks too.

You can get a Blumberg's form in most office supply stores. There is a form called application to lease. There are different ones based on the type of property being leased. I purchased one at Court Street Office Supplies. I think it was $1.50 or so. It is a good application, and is legal to use in New York.
