One Hanson Place
I'm interested in talking to other purchases in One Hanson Place. Has anyone closed yet? Anyone willing to share information about mortgage brokers etc?

they're hoping to get the c of o this week, assuming there is no delay, with most closings taking place in mid to late january. are you buying?

Yes -- I bought a unit and now I'm in the process of finalizing mortgage etc. You? Would you be interested in sharing notes?

i talked to monica yesterday and still no c of o, but i'm not really sure what the delay is. they have an appt with the inspector or somebody on thurs or fri of this week. i don't know what the significance is. i still think it's looking like mid january, if not later. at this point i'm kinda skeptical of anything they say.
