House of the Day: 7701 Ridge Boulevard
Hi all! Does anyone here know anythign about this house? We have been looking at it for quite some time and it seems like every day we uncover something odd about it. For example, it has been on the market for over 1 1/2 years! It went from 1.795 to 2.1 million! This house needs to be completely renovated and we are not even sure how much this will cost.
