I am not an agent. I am an artist and teacher who lives in the neighborhood. I have a similar home albeit without the parking/driveway and paid more for it. I am curious to hear what others think.

The price is great, but the location leaves a lot to be desired. It's right off of Flatbush Ave near Newkirk Avenue, one of the worst areas in the 70th precinct.
