Gas Boiler replacement recommendations?
Hi All,
I have a three story brick stone in the Park Slope/Gowanus area and am looking for a recommendation for someone to replace my 25 year old gas hot water boiler. It still works like a champ, and heats the houses radiators up fine, but I am looking to be both more efficient and safe. Any detailed recommendations and/or experiences would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Look into someone who will replace it with one of the high-efficiency boilers. Look up Viessman vitodens, Munchkin, Knight, etc. boilers.

Thanks, What about Burnham's? Also, can you recommend anyone in the nabe?
Thanks again,
Brian

Spend the bucks--go for the most efficient but reliable and get an indirect water heater with a stainless steel tank for it as well.
