Expediter who draws/ Architect who expedites
Does anyone have recommendations for an expediter who will do will the required drawings or an architect who does is/her own expediting? This is for a job that needs not much design but a bit of zoning know-how. Thanks

Scott Schnall can do drawings. There are many posts about him on this site.

Yeah, thanks. We worked with Scott for a while. They screwed up a few too many times, so we've moved away from them. Thanks!

I recently used Ralph Albanese for DOB approval of an alteration to my apt. He is a licensed architect and does expediting.
