Electricians- Code for outdoor conduit?
What is the code for outdoor iring for lamps and a receptacle for a three story two-family brownstone? Can I use EMT (Electrical metallic tubing) or must I use Rigid Metal Cnduit or Rigid Nonmetallic Conduit. Can single insulated wires (TW, THW or THWN) or NM cable be used inside the conduit?

As my name would indicate this isn't my primary field, but if I remember correctly you're going to have to go rigid (though you might get away with compression fittings). THHN within the conduit is fine as long as it's the proper gauge and all of your machined fittings have bushings.
