anyone renovating an SRO apply for J-51?
Has anyone who converted an SRO or done a total gut renovation of a brownstone applied for J-51? Why don't I hear of this more often? If your labor costs are basically undocumented, does this make teh application process more difficult?

DID IT BEAFORE, THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THE SRO IS THAT YOU NEED THE NON HARRASMENT LATTER FROM HPD! OTHERWISE IS A REGULAR FILING.
