Any thoughts on 158 and half Nevins?

I just checked this property out the other day and was wondering what fellow brownstoners thought of the price and proximity to the pjs(that are kiddy corner from the property)? By the way Corcoran has the listing and is asking $1,095,000 and it does need work.

what potential buyer would draw more attention and therefore more competition to a property in this way?

These type "what do you think of.." posts are appearing more often they feel spammy.

As a first-timer who is looking, I find these posts helpful. Even if they are psuedo-ads, it's informative to hear what folks think about various properties.

I can surely assure u that i'm not a broker, rather i need info. on this specific location, if that means that potential buyers are drawn to the property than so be it, i still need the info. regardless. so any HELPFUL comments are truly welcomed

158 1/2 Nevins? Does that mean it is a half sized lot?

No 9:12--probably something like 5 houses built on 4 lots.

When you look on the maps at a neighborhood and see those big superblocks, that means it's not a good neighborhood.
