Interesting! Also, I can't tell you how many of these "Motivated Seller" taglines I've been seeing lately--even a few by Corcoran brokers, but posting on Craigslist.

I've seen listings for places on 44th Street labeled as Park Slope.

44th street is on the Sunset Park Slope.

Shhh. Once you go down this road, people who are buying south of 9th Street or west of 6th Avenue will realize that they're in South Brooklyn.
