Recommendation for Plasma TV Mounting and some electrical work

Hi all,

Looking for a recommendation for someone that a) mounts plasma tv's and can hide the wires behind the wall b) wire our ceiling for installation of an overhead light (chandelier type) c) replace a few outlets (outlets work, just are old and caked with paint)
d) hook up some light fixtures to existing supply (remove old fixtures first).

Since I live in a co-op, person must be licensed and insured.
