Help Remodeling prewar building
Hi Everyone -
Long time lurder, First time poster.
I bought a large studio in a prewar building at 175 Eastern Parkway. I had lived in the apartment for 6 years and our building went coop. Due to years of rental tenants, the place needs a full make-over, especially the kitchen and bathroom.
I'm looking for a General Contractor. Can anyone recommend someone reputable?
We're also trying to renovate the bathroom and kitchen in traditional prewar building style if u have any suggestions for sources, it would be appreciated.
thx.
Paul

Gilson Dias did some work for my sister Michelle in manhattan.
He is educated and talented. In addition to being reliable and polite.
Recently, he helped restore a castle in France and helped build a pub in england.
Yes, he knows tiling and all forms of renovation.
He is reasonably priced.
His number is ..212-731-4460. leave a message, he will get back to you.
He is from Brazil.
He lives in Brooklyn.

Try Pietro Calabretta from AllRenovation, they showed me some great condo/coop apartments in Brooklyn and Manhattan that they renovated before I hired them for my job...very reputable GC and company.
