granite countertop
One guy asked me he made a scratch on the countertop when he install it, he was afraid the host would found this scratch. I don't know how to do, would you please give me some suggestion,thank you.

Uh...tell the homeowner/purchaser; offer them the option of a discount or replacement; there is likely a method for re-finishing granite on site, but you obviously don't know about it, and it will cost, n'est-ce pas?

Something is a little strange here. OP -- "algranites" -- lists his profession as a "prefab granite countertop", but needs to ask this forum about how to deal with a scratch? Appreciate that you are honestly looking for an answer, but it doesn't inspire much confidence.
What's next? Is masterplvmber going to seek advice on a noisy radiator? (Only kidding, MP, your advice has been sound in the past)
Maybe there is more to the story I am just not getting.

no, It seem they are granite materials countertop, the color is G640 and Tan brown .
