converting a brownstone into a condo
my sister and i own a two family story brownstone. we want to separate the property. we have a joint tenant ownership. what should we do to convert the property into a two condo apartment. She might want to sell. thanks. carolle

We own two adjacent brownstones, a 2 and a four. Ditto to what is involved in forming 6?? condo's?
