Atlantic Avenue between Hoyt & Bond
What neighborhood is Atlantic between Hoyt & Bond? I'm looking at a property on that strip and don't know much about the area. It doesn't seem too residential. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Boerum Hill. Atlantic is major commercial thoroughfare with trucks, buses many cars. Pretty enough, but busy. Streets on either side quieter but still busy.

Agreed. I would only buy in the BACK of the building! That said, this is the absolute perfect location in terms of trains - I used to live on Pacific and Bond. You are litterally a 5 minute walk from every train in the city. Plus its between Smith Street restaurants in Cobble Hill and Park Slope restaurants on 5th ave.
